Ordering and payment

Delivery and collection

Delivery is subject to the available service hours, delivery area and any minimum order shown at checkout. Provide an accurate address and telephone number and be available to receive your order. Preparation, delivery and collection times are estimates. Contact us promptly if arrangements change. Items are subject to availability; we will seek your agreement before substituting an item.

Allergies

If you have an allergy or intolerance, contact us before ordering and read the Allergy Information page. Do not rely only on an order note or a previous order. Ingredients can change and our kitchen handles multiple allergens, so cross-contact is possible.

Changes, cancellations and problems

Telephone us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Options depend on whether preparation has started. The usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right does not generally apply to rapidly perishable food. Your rights regarding faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied food remain unaffected. Contact us promptly with the order reference so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where required.
